Opening hours

Weeks in the year	51. (We are closed over Christmas week and on Bank Holidays).
Hours in the day	8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. (Children can attend from 7:45am for a small additional charge)
Your child’s attendance	Each day is split into morning and afternoon sessions. On any day your child can attend: A morning session An afternoon session All day (morning session, lunch, afternoon session) Delicious breakfasts, lunches, teas, healthy snacks, wipes, nappies and all extra-curricular activities are included. All you do is drop your child off and we take care of the rest. We recommend that children attend for at least two sessions in any week, as any less makes it difficult for the child to settle.

Fees

Fees are charged per morning, per afternoon, or for a full day. A note on our fees is handed out to prospective parents on a showround. Please call the nursery to arrange a visit.

There are quite a few ways to claim financial help towards nursery fees. The 15 hours or 30 hours childcare grants are both available at the School House Nursery Uckfield. You might also be eligible for tax-free childcare, tax credits, Universal Credit, childcare vouchers, employer schemes, and finally ‘help while you study’.
